Pre-started mystery dahlia tuber or cutting with lots of healthy growth. 
 
Both tubers and cuttings will produce multiple tubers by the end of the growing season.
 
Care: Keep inside in bright light and water evenly. Plant out after last frost and expect an abundance of flowers until the first frost.
